Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead and execute diverse engineering projects.
• Guide project teams on municipal and private ventures, spanning roads, sewers, water mains, and more.
• Collaborate in project planning meetings.
• Contribute to business development and marketing efforts.
• Navigate project-related permits and zoning requirements.
• Drive project success by meeting timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
• Foster client relationships.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Michigan preferred.
• 5+ years of civil engineering experience.
• Self-motivated, adept at teamwork or solo endeavors.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Suite.
