Position: Civil Estimator

Location: Baltimore, MD

Compensation: $120K - 160K, commensurate with experience

Here's what you'll do:

• Develop competitive bids for utility infrastructure, roadway, stormwater, and other civil projects
• Manage projects from initial estimation to completion, ensuring profitability
• Overseeing Estimating Process, from Takeoffs to Submitting/Winning Bids to Project Management
• Find new business opportunities and collaborate with the leadership team

You're a great fit if you have:

• Experience in civil construction estimating (heavy civil, highways, bridges)
• Knowledge of government contracts (Super Plus!)
• Certifications and/or Professional Affiliations, in Construction or Project Management
• A detail-oriented approach with strong analytical skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for success
