    Job Description

    The Civil Foreman is a member of our Construction division, is directed by the Construction Manager, accountable to ensure accuracy related to tasks and follow all policies and procedures related to safety, quality and production.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Overseeing the coordination of construction works and ensuring that they are in accordance with priorities and plans
    • Producing schedules and monitoring the attendance of crew
    • Inspecting construction sites frequently and ensuring that manpower and resources are adequate
    • Supervising the use of machinery and equipment
    • Complete all required Company documentation
    • Must always comply with proper safety standards/procedures and work practices while operating equipment according to Pramira’s safety standards.
    • Other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Two or more years’ experience as a civil foreman
    • Two or more years’ experience operating machinery in standard and high-risk areas
    • Commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred
    • Knowledge of highway traffic control standards
    • Ability to read and understand blueprints
    • May be required to work long and unpredictable hours
    • Must be in good physical condition with the ability to stoop, crawl, bend at the knees and waist, squat and lift 75 lbs; includes body weight, equipment, tools and boxes
    • Ability to work in various settings with moderate to loud noise levels.
    • Ability to stand for long periods of time on varied surfaces
    • Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather
    • Ability to work in trenches, tunnels, and manholes
    • May be required to work long and unpredictable hours
    • Must pass a Drug Test & Background Check

    Additional Information

    Pay range: $32-$35/hr. DOE
