Pay is $50.00 to $75 and hour

Location JFK

This project is for the Redevelopment of terminal 1 and 6 at JFK Airport

Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections, oversee field testing, and commissioning.

• Assist with construction change orders, and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

• Review and verify construction schedules and updates with clients.

• Review contractor payments, maintain labor documentation, and payroll certifications.

• Ensure site safety, compliance with permits, and coordination with adjacent projects.
• Monitor adherence to safety, health, and quality plans.
• Minimize public disruption and manage contractor submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings.
• Prepare punch lists with the owner at project completion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• Preferred New York State Professional Engineering license or ability to obtain it.
• Over 5 years of experience in construction project management or related roles.
• OSHA 30-hour safety course certification preferred or ability to obtain it.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Experience with airport construction projects (taxiways, runways, etc.) is required

Parking with transportation will be provided.
