Responsibilities: • Advise clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of action • Supervise administrative staff, paralegals, and law clerks • Represent clients in court to argue motions during legal proceedings • Get the appropriate legal documents ready for clients, such as brief, motions, and pleadings, as well as correspondence Qualifications: • Able to work independently while handling multiple files • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is needed • Communication, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and public speaking skills required • Advanced computer skills working with legal research programs (Westlaw and Lexis) required • Prior experience in business litigation for a minimum of 5 years is required • Required Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision • California license must be in good standing Compensation: $131,000 - $153,000 yearly
