    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team. As a key member of our firm, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys in all aspects of civil litigation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal research, document preparation, and case management, with a focus on providing exceptional support in complex civil litigation matters. Responsibilities: • Conduct in-depth legal research on case laws, statutes, and regulations relevant to civil litigation matters. • Summarize and analyze legal documents to assist attorneys in case preparation. • Stay current on legal developments and trends impacting civil litigation. • Draft, edit, and proofread legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. • Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are accurately and timely filed. • Coordinate document production, including the preparation of exhibits and deposition materials. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification from an ABA-approved program. • Proven experience as a civil litigation paralegal. • Strong understanding of legal concepts and procedures related to civil litigation. • Proficiency in legal research tools and software. • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000 yearly
