    Overview:

    We are seeking a full-time Civil Professional Engineer with 5-7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in various design elements and collaborate effectively with team members to complete projects, components, or systems with clear objectives.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Preparing comprehensive project documentation—such as plans, specifications, and estimates—and organizing project data.
    • Evaluate, select, and adapt standard techniques, procedures, and criteria to address project assignments and problem-solving.
    • Manage multiple projects efficiently, staying within budget, and delivering on time are key aspects of the role.
    • Prepare project scopes, tasks, budgets, and schedules, as well as interacting and collaborating with contractors and other project team members.
    • Attend project meetings and present specific aspects of engineering assignments or projects. This position requires full-time, in-office work at our Orlando office.

    Requirements / Qualifications:

    • Professional Engineer (PE) licensed in Florida
    • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
    • 5-7 years of civil site and drainage design experience
    • Proficiency with AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D
    • Stormwater permitting experience
    • Grading and drainage design experience
    • Utility design
    • Analytical skills to perform engineering calculations for design, analysis, test and implementation of facilities related systems
    • Proven ability to work with team members of diverse experience and educational backgrounds
    • Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering plans and specifications
    • Experience with generating drawings, specifications, acceptance test procedures and maintenance/training documents
    • Proficient in developing and tracking project budgets and schedules
    • Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills
