- Land Development Engineering: Design and oversee commercial and residential land development projects, including site layout, grading, drainage, and utility design.
- Technical Expertise: Utilize Civil 3D CAD software and other engineering tools to prepare detailed engineering plans and reports.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including permitting processes.
- Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with drafters, designers, and other engineers to coordinate project efforts.
Qualification Summary - Civil Project Engineer - Civil EIT:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Civil Project Engineer with a focus on land development projects.
- Licensure: Engineer-in-training (EIT)
