    Job Description

    Join us as a Water/Wastewater Project Manager and take the reins in developing our Water/Wastewater group in the Denver, CO, area to new heights. Your leadership will be pivotal in expanding our footprint, delivering high-impact solutions, and shaping the future of our water and wastewater projects. Responsibilities include:

    • Lead, manage, and oversee water and wastewater projects from conception to successful completion, ensuring alignment with project scope, budget, and timeline
    • Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and team members to define project objectives, requirements, and technical specifications
    • Conduct in-depth engineering analyses, feasibility studies, and intricate design work for water and wastewater systems
    • Prepare and review engineering reports, plans, specifications, and other project deliverables to ensure the highest quality
    • Navigate permitting processes and ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations for projects
    • Conduct site visits and assessments to gather essential data and provide technical guidance during construction phases
    • Manage construction activities, meticulously track project documentation, and adeptly address any design modifications or issues that arise
    • Stay ahead of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices to continually enhance project outcomes.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Candidates must have the following:

    • A bachelor of science degree in civil or environmental engineering from an ABET accredited program
    • Must be a Professional Licensed Engineering (PE) in CO or ability to obtain within 6 months
    • Approximately 10+ years of proven experience in successfully managing water and wastewater engineering projects
    • Proficiency in industry-standard software for hydraulic modeling, CAD design, and project management
    • Strong comprehension of water treatment, distribution, wastewater collection, and treatment processes
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex technical information
    • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, multitask effectively, and manage multiple projects concurrently.

    Additional Information

    Typical salary range for this position is $110,000 to $140,000. Compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
