Civil Project Manager

Our client, a well-established General Contractor with a strong reputation in the industry, is seeking a Civil Project Manager to join their team. This role involves overseeing heavy civil construction projects and serving as the primary liaison with owners, architects, and consultants.

As the leader of the project team, the Project Manager provides clear direction and makes strategic decisions to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget. Success in this role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and team management skills, along with the ability to mentor and delegate effectively.

Civil Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of assigned projects from contract execution to closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Manage subcontractor selection, contracts, and procurement.
• Oversee submittals, RFIs, change orders, and invoicing.
• Represent the company in client and stakeholder meetings.
• Provide leadership to the project team, including Superintendents, Engineers, and Coordinators.
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Support estimating, bidding, and procurement for future projects.

Civil Project Manager Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in residential or commercial civil projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Strong project management, budgeting, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of labor laws and industry regulations.

Compensation: $90K - $120K + bonus
