Technical Source is currently in search of a Civil Project Manager for our Life Sciences Engineering client located here in the Raleigh, NC area. The qualified candidate will have experience in overseeing and managing industrial civil engineering and site design projects in an industrial manufacturing setting, preferably life sciences.

Responsibilities of the Civil Project Manager include:

• Review and approve engineering drawings and guide engineering staff in civil analysis and assessments to ensure designs meet local, state, and federal codes in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, schedule, budget, and resourcing allocations
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and other engineering disciplines and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives
  

Qualifications of the Civil Project Manager include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related fields
• 8+ years managing industrial civil engineering projects, preferably in Life Sciences
• Holds a current PE license
  

Compensation for the Project Manager includes:

• $120,000- $145,000 per year depending on experience
