Solid Restoration is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Claims Manager / Claims Coordinator who knows their way around property restoration claims—and thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.

🔧 About the Role:
You’ll be the go-to person for managing claims from start to finish. That means keeping things organized, ensuring program compliance, and being the bridge between homeowners, adjusters, TPAs, and our internal teams.
This is not just an admin gig—we’re looking for someone who takes ownership, solves problems, and drives claims forward every single day.
📋 What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing claims from intake to closeout with precision and urgency
Communicating with homeowners, adjusters, TPAs, and field staff like a pro
Uploading documentation and notes to XactAnalysis, DASH, and other required platforms
Ensuring files meet TPA guidelines and timelines (no exceptions)
Supporting mitigation and reconstruction teams with solid communication and coordination
Following up relentlessly to make sure nothing falls through the cracks
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Hands-on experience with TPA programs, including:
Contractor Connection (top priority)
Alacrity, Sedgwick, and Accuserve
Proficient in XactAnalysis and DASH by CoreLogic
Solid grasp of the insurance restoration process (mitigation + reconstruction)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple claims at once
Strong communication and follow-through—you don’t ghost people, ever
A team player with a get-it-done attitude and a sense of urgency
