    Incingo is a medical cost containment company that helps manage everything from short-term post-op to catastrophic care for worker’s compensation claims. We use our nationwide network of proven, credentialed vendors and create customized programs for efficient authorizing and shipping of medical supplies. We also coordinate medical transportation, home health care, and in-home modifications. We are located in Novi and we are looking for a full-time Claims Manager. Hybrid work is available, prefer candidates in Michigan.

    What You’ll Do

    Supervise and lead a team of claims specialists and administrators, overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with company procedures and industry regulations.

    Streamline and manage the claims processing workflow, including reviewing team service requests for accuracy, timeliness, and completeness.

    Manage a team of claims specialists and administrative staff and provide leadership and support as needed

    Facilitate and oversee obtaining necessary authorization, approvals, and documentation for service request fulfillment

    Ensure timely and proactive follow-up with patients, customers, and payors to expedite service request processing and resolution

    Manage billing operations, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely submissions, appealing EOBs, and effective handling of accounts receivables

    Monitor team performance and KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and develop improvement plans to enhance productivity and accuracy

    Provide training and mentorship to the team, ensuring consistent understanding and application of medical billing requirements.

    Develop, implement, and refine policies and procedures aimed at maximizing efficiency, accuracy, and compliance

    Collaborate closely with other teams to maintain strong communication, foster teamwork, and align efforts toward organizational goals

    Ensure accurate maintenance of payor and vendor records related to pricing, invoicing, and bill payments

    Identify opportunities to improve claims/billing efficiency and accuracy, and implement strategies to achieve these goals

    Demonstrate performance aligned with Incingo guiding principles, including caring, collaboration, trustparency, and innovation

    What You’ll Bring

    Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or a related field

    Minimum of 7 + years of experience in claims management, healthcare administration, billing, or accounting

    Proven experience supervising billing and follow-up teams, including conducting performance reviews and implementing improvement strategies

    Strong proficiency with electronic medical records and billing systems

    Expertise in handling accounts receivable, medical claims processing, and knowledge of insurance requirements

    Familiarity with HIPAA privacy and security regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of patient information

    Proven capability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

    Effective communication, teamwork, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating across departments
