Class A Drivers fresh out of driving school looking to start their career are being requested to apply. You will start going out with a trainer running OTR making deliveries in Flatbed Trailers then running solo after training. Experienced drivers are highly encouraged to apply also.

Job Details

• Running lanes are the Central Regional States
• Dedicated Stack Team Flatbed division
• Loading and Securing 3 Chrysler Vans piggy backing with another solo driver. The load is dropped off then both drivers ride back together back to Loredo, TX to get next load.
• Running from Loredo, TX and delivering to dedicated dealerships.
• Driver will run 4-6 weeks with a trainer OTR then go on their own if less than 6 months experience.
• Home time is around every 3 weeks, but some get through their house during the week depending on where they live
• Orientation in Laredo, TX.
• Drivers must be willing to drive during the day or during the night.
• Average miles a week is 3200.

Pay/Benefits

• Trainees are paid $650/week for 4-6 weeks
• Pay starts at .50 a miles (based on experience)
• .425 a mile when teaming.
• $10 per vehicle.
• $15 per stop pay
• $1500-$2000 a week
• .06 per mile monthly bonus for over 9200 miles driven, no accidents, fuel at 7 MPG.

Requirements:

• Must have attended and graduated from an accredited truck driving school with 120 hours minimum
• Must be 21 with Valid Class A CDL
• Must have a fairly clean driving record with no at fault accidents, major tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years.
• Cannot have been terminated from last job
• No DUI's Felonies, Misdemeanors in the last 5 years
• Must have solid 10-year work history with no major gaps of employment outside of school or training. 6 months in the last year or 1 year in the last 3 years max unemployment.
• Must live 200 miles from Laredo, TX or Phoenix AZ
• Must be able to pass a Urine AND HAIR pre-employment drug screen.
