Requirements:

• At least 21 years of age
• Minimum 1 year Class A driving experience
• Must live within 45 miles of 37201 (Nashville, TN)
• Must have a valid TWIC Card
• Sleeper or double axle day cab required
• No truck year requirement , but it must pass inspection

Insurance & Fees:

• Weekly Insurance Fees:

  • Liability : $94
  • Occupational : $48
  • Bobtail : $10
  • Physical Damage : Based on the truck's total value (calculated at 6% of total amount).

• Optional Insurance:
  If you have your own insurance, provide a copy of the policy showing PD & NTL coverage.

• Additional Fees:

  • ELD Device Fee : $2.31
  • Comdata Fee : $3.00 per use (for fueling anywhere that accepts Comdata)
  • Tablet Insurance : $1.00
  • $50 Weekly Cash Option (charged back to IC)

• Settlement Advance Caps:

  • Local Limit : $1,500 per week, 300 gallons/day
  • Regional Limit : $3,100 per week, 300 gallons/day
  • Settlement deduction is made every Friday for the amount used on the fuel card for that work week.
