Based out of Cedar Falls, IA – Immediate Hire!
Ready to drive with a partner and maximize your miles and earnings? We're hiring Class A TEAM Drivers for regional reefer routes— home weekly with unbeatable pay and benefits!
$1,500–$1,800 per week – Get paid what you deserve
$0.71–$0.75 CPM – Pay based on experience
$15 Stop Pay – Earn extra for every stop (average 10 stops)
Monthly Performance Bonus – Hard work pays off

Newer Model Freightliners & Internationals – Automatic, reliable rides
Thursday–Monday (6:00 AM start, finish by Tuesday 2:00 PM)
90% night driving (dock times between 9 PM – 4 AM)
Live within 60 miles? You might qualify for a day shift!
Bring your pet (after 90 days)
Passengers allowed (after 90 days)
Take the truck home if you live outside a 60-mile radius
Steady freight – No seasonal slowdowns
Bestpass & Drivewyze – Skip tolls and scales with ease
✔ Valid Class A CDL
✔ At least 6 months of driving experience
✔ Winter driving experience (because the road doesn't stop for snow)
✔ Must live in Iowa , or within 60 miles of Omaha, NE or Kansas City, MO
✔ Must have a teammate ready to roll!
Assist with unloading, moving bulkheads, fueling reefers, and paperwork
Record pallets at the dock—accuracy matters!
⚡ Be ready for a potential sixth day of work (with advanced notice)
