Position Overview:
We're seeking a Class A Regional Flex Driver for a position offering home daily with flexibility to stay out 2 nights per week. This role requires a flexible schedule to cover both day and night routes across NE, KS, MO, CO, OK, and IA.

Position Details:

• Pay Rate: $0.45 CPM
• Guaranteed Weekly Minimum: $1,350 (full work week required to receive minimum pay)
• Annual Average Salary: $70,200 starting
• Bonuses: * New Hire Transition Bonus: $500 (paid on the second paycheck) * Referral Bonus: $3,000, paid in installments over 120 days
• Accessorial Pay: * Stop Pay: $17 for stops 1-3, $22 for 4+ stops * Delay Pay: $17 per hour
• Home Time: Primarily home daily with 2 layovers weekly
• Equipment: 2020+ model sleepers and straight trucks
• Average Weekly Miles: 2,425 – 2,561, with around 35 stops

Schedule:

• Varied Routes: Monday – Friday, with flexibility for both day and night shifts
• Day Routes: Start times at 10:00 AM, 1:30 PM, 3:30 PM, or 5:00 PM (two layover nights per week)
• Night Route: Typically leaves at 10:00 PM, returning the following morning

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 6 months recent tractor-trailer experience
• Endorsements: Hazmat endorsement required
• Other: Must be flexible with schedule, comfortable with night driving, and able to work the full week for guaranteed minimum pay

Additional Information:

• Unloading Required: Driver will unload using an electric pallet jack
• No Pets or Passengers Allowed
