    Class A Solo Driver - Home Daily - $1300 per Week (Top Performers Average Over $1500)

    Job Summary:

    • Pay: $1300 per week | Top-performing drivers earn over $1500 per week
    • Job ID: 1910
    • Hiring Area: Deliveries to grocery & retail store locations in VA, NC, MD, PA, and WV
    • Stop Pay: $20 per stop
    • Sign-On Bonus (SOB): $500 on the first load, $500 at 30 days
    • Home Time: Home daily, work 5 days on, 2 days off (same days every week), additional shifts available by request
    • Shift: Afternoons, nights, and weekends
    • Holidays: Paid if they fall on your schedule
    • Equipment: Newer model day cab for slip-seating
    • Freight Type: Mixture of dry and refrigerated no-touch freight
    • Route: Deliveries to grocery & retail store locations

    Requirements:

    • Must be at least 21 years old
    • Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience
    • Must have personal transportation to and from the distribution center daily

    • Training: 1 day of on-site training at $125, 3-4 ride-alongs at $50 per ride

    Compensation Based on Experience:

    • 0-6 months: $0.56 per mile
    • 6 months-1 year: $0.57 per mile
    • 1-2 years: $0.58 per mile
    • 2-3 years: $0.59 per mile
    • 3-5 years: $0.60 per mile
    • 5-7 years: $0.61 per mile
    • 7-10 years: $0.62 per mile
    • 10+ years: $0.63 per mile
