Job Summary

We are seeking a in classroom teacher to join our team! As our Driving Instructor, you will be responsible for preparing students to take to the road safely, including teaching rules and regulations in a classroom setting, proper vehicle handling and maintenance, and all basic safety guidelines. You will use the permit course curriculum created by ALL STAR DRIVING SCHOOL and approved by the DMV. The ideal candidate is comfortable teaching a group of students, has some knowledge of driving safety and rules, and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This is a very part time position. Please inquire for hours. We will train you and help you obtain a driving school license to teach.

Responsibilities

Lead a classroom of students learning driving safety.

Classroom experience is a must.

Very part time position

Communicate effectively with students and guardians, and provide additional recommendations on future driving practices

Qualifications

Valid license and clean driving record required

Previous experience as a teacher/ instructor desired

Strong understanding of driving rules and regulations

Excellent communication skills
