Clayful is seeking a Super Coach to join our team and support text based coaching conversations with kids around the country.

SUPER COACHES:

• provide an additional layer of support and provide coaches with support, inspiration, expertise and guidance during text-based chats
• bring an area of deep expertise to the team such as, Life Coaching, Mental Health, Crisis Training, Social Work, or other and support coach training
• have a passion for guiding and facilitating learning, excellent interpersonal skills, clear communication and a strong work ethic
• work hard to create a loving and supportive coaching experience for coaches
• Identify gaps in coach training
• support coaches with their own mental health needs as needed

SPECIFIC SUPER COACH DUTIES INCLUDE:

• GUIDING and training Coaches
• MONITORING chats to ensure Coaches are using their training
• ENSURING Coaches and kids are following Clayful guidelines
• CREATING a positive and supportive coaching environment
• IMPLEMENTING the safety plan and acting as mandatory reporters when necessary
• CREATING artifacts and systems to ensure an amazing user experience for coaches and kids

Coaching is available to kids Monday - Friday, from 4-10 PM PST. We are seeking a coach who can work a non traditional work week in order to support the coaching schedule.

CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

3+ years working as a coach, counselor, crisis text hotline volunteer, social worker

Certification or degree in a specific area of interest  (life coaching, psychology, counseling, social work, CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, etc.)
