    JOB TITLE: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions.

    REPORTS TO: SITE MANAGER

    LOCATION: CARROLLTON, TX

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    Clean Freak Car Wash is looking to the fill the position of Customer Service Representative. Team members start at $14.00/hour PLUS COMMISSIONS! Team members have an opportunity to make HUNDREDS, even THOUSANDS of dollars in commissions each month. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be serving the company’s customers by addressing inquiries, making the customer feel welcome, explain our wash packages in addition to explaining our monthly membership plans. We then share our time, effort, and knowledge to help guide you through our Developmental Career Plan.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

    • Responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining the wash options available.
    • Stand at the pay stations and assist every customer that comes through the wash.
    • Field customer inquiries.
    • Guide customer vehicles into the wash tunnel.
    • Upkeep the condition of the car wash by performing cleaning tasks such as taking out the garbage, sweeping the lot, and using a pressure washer to clean the wash bay.
    • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

    Duties and Job Breakdown Percentages:

    70% Customer Interaction

    20% Site Upkeep (Cleaning/Maintaining)

    5% Opening/Closing Procedures

    5% Basic/Light Troubleshooting of Daily Duties

    REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

    • Excellent communication skills including active listening.
    • Excellent sales and customer service skills.
    • Ability to anticipate customer needs.
    • Ability to recommend different wash memberships to customers.
    • Ability to work as a team.
    • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn a point of sales system.
    • Strong work ethic and professional attitude.

    EXPERIENCE:

    Customer service and some sales experience preferred.

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

    In performing the duties of this position, the team member is frequently required to stand and walk throughout the workday; use of hands; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stop, crouch, and kneel. The team member must be able to work in damp and humid conditions. The team member must be able to work in outdoor conditions where temperatures can exceed 90 degrees Fahrenheit during the summer. The team member may have to lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50lbs.

    WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

    The incumbent must be able to perform this job safely in accordance with standard operating procedures without endangering the health or safety of self or others.

    This position works in a typical outdoor car wash environment. The noise level is usually moderate but can be excessively loud with hearing protection required (along with other PPE). This person must adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and protocols which means this person will be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment such as, but not limited to hearing, eye, foot, hand protection.

    SUPERVISION RECEIVED:

    The team member must be capable of performing their responsibilities with minimal supervision.
