Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the rooms where our powder cosmetics batches are made. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring a safe, clean, and sterile environment for the production of high-quality cosmetics. The Cleaner will work closely with the production team to uphold cleanliness standards and meet health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize all areas where powder cosmetics are manufactured, including production rooms, equipment, storage areas, and other relevant spaces.

Disinfect surfaces, floors, walls, and any other areas in compliance with health and safety standards.

Maintain cleanliness in machinery, tools, and other production-related equipment to ensure they are free from contamination.

Remove waste and dispose of it in accordance with company policies and environmental guidelines.

Follow a cleaning schedule to ensure all areas are regularly cleaned and sanitized between production cycles.

Ensure that all cleaning supplies are adequately stocked and report any shortages to the Production Manager.

Follow proper safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Assist with setting up and breaking down cleaning equipment as needed.

Monitor and report any potential hazards or maintenance issues to the relevant team members.

Maintain and adhere to all company policies regarding hygiene, cleanliness, and safety.

Perform other duties as required to ensure a clean and safe work environment.

Key Requirements:

Previous cleaning experience, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment, is a plus.

Knowledge of cleaning techniques and materials, especially in a regulated environment.

Ability to follow detailed instructions and cleaning schedules.

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Familiarity with health and safety standards in manufacturing or laboratory settings is desirable.

Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and move cleaning supplies and equipment as required.

Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain a positive attitude toward the work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or food production industries is a plus.

Basic understanding of cleanliness and hygiene requirements in a production environment.
