Basic Function:

Be available and willing to cover assigned cleaning tasks according to the schedule, Monday through Friday, and two weekends per month as agreed.

Ensure all assigned accounts are cleaned following specified standards and company policies.

Essential job responsibilities

Account Coverage: Responds to requests to cover open accounts when called.

Cleaning Responsibilities: Perform cleaning at assigned locations following provided specifications and client requirements Ensure cleaning is completed within designated budget hours.

Quality standards: Consistently maintain company cleaning standards to ensure outstanding service and client satisfaction.

Reporting: Report maintenance or safety concerns to the Office Manager and promptly log issues in Clean Smarts.

Work Management: Perform duties independently and efficiently without direct supervision.

Procedural compliance: Adhere to company policies including Proper call-off procedures, Requesting time off following the employee handbook, Accurate clock-in and clock-out practices, with records maintained as per California Labor Code requirements, Review regular messages in Clean Smarts.

Reporting Supply needs

Keeping janitorial closets clean and organized

Wearing the assigned uniform

Following handbook guidelines, including key assignments and confidentiality and safety protocols.

Compensation and Benefits

Wages: Starting at $21 per hour, in compliance with California wage transparency requirements (SB 1162

Overtime Eligibility: This Position is classified as non-exempt and eligible for overtime pay at one and a half times the regular rate for hours worked beyond 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week, Per California Labor Code.

Qualifications:

Must be able to perform basic cleaning duties such as: sweeping, mopping, dusting, restroom sanitation, etc.

Must be able to lift and carry 35 pounds

Must provide own reliable transportation

Must be able to pass a background check
