Job Summary:

Office Pride Commercial Cleaning is seeking a driven and adaptable Team Lead to provide vital support to our janitorial team. The Team Lead will focus on guiding team members, ensuring high standards of cleaning, and responding to the team's needs in real-time. With an emphasis on coaching, training, and supporting team performance, the Team Lead will play a key role in delivering exceptional service. This role is ideal for a quick learner who thrives under pressure and strives for excellence in all tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Support cleaning team members by addressing their needs, helping them overcome challenges, and ensuring smooth workflow.

Coach and train team members on Office Pride’s cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and quality expectations.

Fill in where needed, floating between locations to assist and ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to standard.

-Manage supplies and rag inventory, ensuring timely delivery of materials to team members.

• Engage with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any questions or concerns promptly.

• Lead by example, demonstrating high standards of cleaning, service, and teamwork.

• Foster a positive team culture, focusing on growth, development, and consistent performance.

Required Attributes:

• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing situations and tasks.

• Able to work under pressure with excellence, maintaining high standards in fast-paced environments.

• Strong leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and developing team members.

• Flexible and adaptable, able to work primarily evenings (80-85%) with occasional flexibility during business hours.

• Expertise in cleaning techniques, with the ability to train and guide others.

• Customer service-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional training- We offer an easy short series training video to be watched at your convenience, plus we have you shadow train. No experience needed!

Plus, as we gain new clients, you can add to your shifts, if you want additional hours. Also, as we move into some specialized commercial cleaning areas we will have additional training available.

$15-$16 per hour for Team Lead Support Position, paid bi-weekly
