Job Overview

Are you looking to work in a part-time, flexible management role? We’re Hiring a Part-Time Supervisor for our commercial cleaning businesses in downtown Cleveland!

In This Role, You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside the founder of a fast-growing startup. It is designed as an entry-level role to eventually grow into a full-time, salaried position.

We are a high-performance culture. Laziness, punctuality issues, or lax communication will not be tolerated. If you are looking for a slow, easy, dead-end job, this is not the fit for you.

Mandatory Requirements (do not apply if not met)

• MINIMUM 2 Years Experience in Cleaning or Real estate-related business

• MINIMUM 2 Years Experience in Management

• Weekend availability is mandatory - will not always be scheduled weekends though

• Reliable Vehicle for Transportation & Valid Drivers License

• Ability to manage a team & make decisions on the go

• Knowledge of Cleaning Processes and Procedures

Duties

• Train New Cleaners

• Review cleans when complete and provide constructive feedback

• Assist with Tasks Such as Tracking Inventory and Daily Operations

• Coach Team Members to Improve their Performance

• Drive Cleaners and supplies to Different Locations as required

• Support with Cleaning when short-staffed or as required

Pay/Hours

Location: 1101 Euclid Ave

In-Person/Remote: In-Person

Schedule: Part-Time, 3-4 days/week, must be willing to work Weekends as required

Pay: $20/hour
