What You’ll Be Doing As a Cleaning & Restoration Technician, you’ll be the hands and heart of our mission. You’ll work directly in the field, helping clean, restore, and protect our clients’ homes and businesses.

No Experience? No Problem. We’ll teach you everything you need to know. All we ask is that you show up ready to work, ready to learn, and ready to grow within a company that’s on the move.

Day-to-Day Includes:

Providing floor, carpet, tile, and upholstery cleaning

Assisting in water damage, fire/smoke, and mold restoration jobs

Using industry-leading equipment (we’ll train you!)

Keeping job logs, vehicles, and tools in great shape

Communicating with customers in a friendly, professional way

Growth Path & Certification Opportunities: As you gain experience, you’ll have the chance to earn valuable industry certifications like:

Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT)

Applied Structural Drying (ASD)

Fire & Smoke Restoration (FSRT)

Mold Remediation (AMRT/MRS)

What You Bring to the Table:

A willingness to learn and grow

Strong work ethic and a positive attitude

High school diploma or GED

Basic tech skills (email, mobile apps, etc.)

Valid driver’s license preferred
