Job Summary: The Cleanroom Assembler works in a controlled, low-pollutant environment, assembling products and ensuring quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow strict cleanliness protocols to keep the cleanroom contaminant-free.

Wear required cleanroom attire (e.g., coveralls, gloves, masks).

Clean surfaces and equipment with alcohol and bleach.

Assemble single-use products for the pharmaceutical industry per work orders.

Troubleshoot, analyze, and suggest solutions as needed.

Read and interpret product drawings.

Follow SOPs and safety protocols to meet quality standards.

Inspect products visually and through testing; document results.

Complete batch records and inspection forms.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in biology, chemistry, or engineering is a plus.

Experience & Skills:

Preferably experienced in cleanroom work.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Able to work independently and in a team.

Detail-oriented, adaptable, and quality-focused.

Able to lift/move up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Training provided.
