Education:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills, including a positive attitude.
- Ability to work with people from various backgrounds and with various needs
- Able to multi-task, work independently, with excellent organizational and time-management skills and have strong attention to detail
- Experienced with Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
- Demonstrated excellent leadership skills
- Capable of working responsibly with highly confidential information
- Must meet all program requirements for pre-employment as required by Company and/or State regulations.
License/Certification:
- Valid driver’s license from state of residence with a satisfactory driving record as defined by Company vehicle policy and/or liability insurance carrier (as applicable per program requirements)

WORK ENVIORNMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Physical demands:
- The ability to stand and or walk continuously.
- The ability to bend, stoop, crouch, squat, push, pull and reach above head frequently.
- The ability to use both hands for continuous grasping and for occasional fine manipulation and fingering (for example: use of a computer and or imaging equipment.)
- The physical ability to frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
