    Job Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Clerk Revenue Auditor to join our team in Opelousas, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for examining financial records, verifying revenue data, and ensuring accuracy in all revenue-related transactions.

    • Conduct systematic reviews of revenue records, financial documents, and accounting entries
    • Verify accuracy of revenue calculations and reconcile discrepancies
    • Analyze financial data and prepare detailed audit reports
    • Monitor internal controls and compliance with established procedures
    • Investigate and resolve revenue-related discrepancies
    • Maintain organized documentation of audit findings and recommendations
    • Collaborate with accounting team members to ensure accurate revenue reporting
    • Assist in developing and implementing improved audit procedures
    • Perform regular reconciliation of revenue accounts
    • Generate and review various financial reports
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in revenue auditing or similar accounting role
    • Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Thorough knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
    • Demonstrated experience with financial record-keeping and audit procedures
    • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
    • Effective problem-solving and communication skills
    • Experience with data entry and account reconciliation
    • Understanding of internal control procedures and audit processes
