Job Description
Obtain merchandise and answer questions for customers concerning the location, price, and use of merchandise. Accept payment from customers utilizing a computerized cash register and maintain an accurate bank. Set up merchandise displays to promote sales.
Provide quality customer service
Maintain the gift shop inventory and cash receipts
Stock merchandise properly
Assist in completing monthly physical inventory
Maintain cleanliness of gift shop
Qualifications
Previous experience preferred.
Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
Must be able to stand and/or walk for duration of shift.
Must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 30 pounds.
Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
