Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and support
Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively
Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and expand business relationships
Prepare and present reports on account performance and client feedback
Ensure accurate documentation of client interactions and account activities
Assist in contract renewals, negotiations, and service agreements
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in account management, customer service, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Highly organized with strong time-management skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
