Hype Tier is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Client Account Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, building strong relationships, and providing solutions to address their business challenges. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain client accounts to ensure satisfaction and continued business.
Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and support to clients.
Monitor account performance and provide reports to clients as needed.
Work with clients to identify opportunities for additional services and business growth.
Ensure all client interactions are documented and updated in the system.
