Responsibilities
Manage and maintain client accounts by providing exceptional service and support
Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams

Coordinate with other departments to fulfill client requests and ensure successful outcomes
Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and support long-term relationships
Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition
Report regularly on client feedback, account performance, and potential improvements
