    Summary of Responsibilities 

    Our new team member will be a cornerstone of success within our organization. You’ll not only collaborate closely with the Devine team, but also build strong, meaningful partnerships with our clients. Have you ever noticed how accounting can feel repetitive or even a bit rigid? While we recognize the necessity of repetition in accounting, our ideal candidate thrives on the client relationship. You understand the importance of the numbers, but you also take the time to consider how the client feels, what they can learn, and how you can best support their business.     Essential Functions

    • Oversee client accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing strategic financial guidance.
    • Analyze client financials to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, offering recommendations to optimize business operations.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on client needs and deliverables.
    • Provide supervision and guidance to bookkeepers and accountants, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping.
    • Lead client onboarding and alignment.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering trust.

    Education, Experience, and Skills Required

    • 5+ years’ experience in accounting
    • 2+ years’ experience in team Leadership
    • A “client-first” mentality

    Compensation 

    • $100,000-$120,000 DOE
    • Health Insurance 75% employer paid
    • 401k non-matching (contributes after 6 months)
