About This Role: Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and provide personalized guidance.
Design and implement strategies to safeguard assets, income, and financial well-being for long-term security.
Regularly review and update plans to reflect changes in clients' circumstances while growing a network through referrals and community involvement.
Earnings Potential within Our Network of Offices:
High End: $115K+ in the first year.
Long-Term Earnings Potential:
Average of Career Advisors (5+ years): $450K annually.

Ben Wheeler, Financial Representative & Market Leader:
How long with NM? 24 years, started as an intern before going full-time.
Previous job/career/business experience? Only had different college jobs before joining NM.
Passionate about outside of work? Family is Ben's main priority. He’s been passionate about golf since childhood and spends weekends with his family at their lake house, enjoying the outdoors.
Madison Welch, Talent Director:
How long with NM? 2 years.
Previous job/career/business experience? Elementary school teacher specializing in ESL and Reading.
Passionate about outside of work? Family is Madison’s main priority. She has a love for reading and often finds herself diving into a good book whenever she has free time.

Qualifications: We prefer candidates with a bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related discipline. While prior experience in insurance, financial services, or business development is beneficial, it is not mandatory. Successful candidates will possess excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, strong analytical skills, and the capability to build lasting client relationships. We welcome individuals from business development-oriented organizations with uncapped earnings potential, including those from Medical Device, Education (teachers, administrators), Logistics, Solar, Payroll Services, Tech Business Development, Real Estate, Auto Rental and others. You will be required to obtain state insurance licenses, with training provided and sponsorship considered.
