    Prior Experience? Before joining Northwestern Mutual, Tim spent many years in the hospitality industry, where he developed skills in customer service, management, and leadership.

    Passionate About? Tim enjoys golf, spending time in the gym, and spending time with family and friends. He’s a passionate hockey fan (supporting the Panthers and Sabers), and follows the Buffalo Bills enthusiastically.

    Paul Stadfeld - Wealth Management Advisor:

    How long with NM? Paul has been serving as a Wealth Management Advisor for 15 years.

    Prior Experience? Originally from Boston, Paul transitioned to Northwestern Mutual after working in sports advertising for four years. He also gained valuable experience working in his family business, which helped him develop strong business acumen and client relationship skills.

    Passionate About? Paul is married with a son and is deeply passionate about spending quality time with his family. A dedicated Boston sports fan, he follows the Red Sox, Celtics, and Patriots closely. In his free time, Paul enjoys playing Pickleball and chess, staying active and engaged both mentally and physically.

    Graham Davis - Financial Advisor:

    Prior Experience? Graham worked for the U.S. Secret Service for four years, where he developed valuable skills in security, attention to detail, and crisis management. He also worked in car sales at MINI, building his expertise in sales, customer service, and relationship management, which has greatly contributed to his success in the financial services industry.

    Passionate About? Graham, recently married, is an avid fitness enthusiast and enjoys working out. He is passionate about golf, both for leisure and as a challenge. Outside of work, Graham loves spending time with his rescue dog, Bailey, and enjoys playing the trombone.

You will design and implement tailored strategies that safeguard clients' assets, income, and overall financial well-being, ensuring their long-term security. Regularly reviewing and updating clients' financial plans and insurance policies to reflect any changes in their circumstances or goals will be crucial to ensure continuous protection. Additionally, you will cultivate a robust network of clients through referrals, active community involvement, and professional associations.

    Qualifications: We prefer candidates with a bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related discipline. While prior experience in insurance, financial services, or business development is beneficial, it is not mandatory. Successful candidates will possess excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, strong analytical skills, and the capability to build lasting client relationships. We welcome individuals from business development-oriented organizations with uncapped earnings potential, including those from Medical Device, Education (teachers, administrators), Logistics, Solar, Payroll Services, Tech Business Development, Real Estate, Auto Rental and others. You will be required to obtain state insurance licenses, with training provided and sponsorship considered.
