Hansen Talent Group is hiring a Client Advocate II to work with a large enterprise in Columbia, SC. This is a hybrid opportunity requiring 2-3 days/week onsite.
What you'll do:
- Establish, build, and maintain sustainable customer relationships.
- Ensure effective client communication, focus, and control of priorities at strategic, tactical, and operational levels.
- Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for innovation, cost reduction, improved efficiencies, and business challenges.
- Act as a liaison between I/S and customers for assigned business units.
- Ensure the design and integration of system, software, and hardware solutions support business growth through effective technology use.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with an assertive yet customer-focused approach.
- Solid understanding of information systems, business processes, and key success factors for the business unit and organization.
- Knowledge of the company’s business practices, direction, and technological trends relevant to business solutions.
- Experience in business analysis and collaborating with IT on system development and implementation.
- Proven strategic thinking abilities with strengths in client management, relationship building, and resource management across multiple projects.
- Experience working on multidiscipline, high-performance teams.
- Skilled in negotiating terms, preparing formal presentations, and resolving conflicts effectively.
