Responsibilities: • Conduct initial consultations with potential clients, assessing their legal needs. • Clearly explain the firm’s services, pricing, and case process to help clients make informed decisions. • Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text to ensure timely engagement. • Address client concerns and overcome objections to secure retainers. • Work closely with attorneys and legal staff to ensure a smooth transition into case management. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and conversions in the firm’s CRM system. Qualifications: • Experience in sales, intake, or client relations, preferably in a legal or service-based industry. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively. • Fluency in [English and Spanish] is required. • Proficiency in CRM and case management software. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
