Client Care Associate (Full-Time)

Position: The Client Care Associate will be primarily responsible for supporting the construction team and warranty manager with a variety of tasks. These tasks may include, but are not limited to: carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, drywall, paint, landscaping, and general handyman work. A successful Client Care Associate will produce high-quality maintenance and provide excellent customer service.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Occasional Saturdays as the workload demands)
Client Care Associate role:
• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks on construction sites
• Conduct a weekly inspection of all homes under construction to confirm they look great from the eyes of the client before the weekend.
• Support the construction team and warranty manager with different tasks such as drywall repairs, paint, cleaning, and moving materials.
• Maintain all active model homes, inventory homes, and offices. This includes general maintenance, landscaping, and miscellaneous activities.
• Conduct minor carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work as needed
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
• Operate and maintain construction tools and equipment
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a handyman, laborer, or similar role in the construction industry
• Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, drywall, and paint.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A valid driver's license with a good record, (Employer will provide a company vehicle to be used during work hours)
