The Client Care Associate enhances the client experience by providing exceptional client service, supporting office functions, and serving as administrative, marketing, and operational support to financial advisors. The Client Care Associate is responsible for understanding firm policies, procedures, and digital capabilities that will allow them to interact with the advisors, as well as new and existing clients. In addition, they will play a vital role in the company’s marketing directives. Responsibilities: • Manage front desk and prepare for client visits • Schedule Client/Prospect appointments • Respond to client inquiries as needed • Follow-up as necessary with clients • Assist advisors with pre-appointment preparation • Maintain database programs (CRM) • Oversee seminar preparation and implementation • Schedule and market client events Qualifications: • Previous client interaction in an office environment • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Attention to detail • Keen sense of follow-through • Strong command of MS Office programs • CRM experience • Highly organized and skilled at task prioritization • Self-directed initiative • Associate degree or bachelor’s degree Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 Annually
