Home Helpers is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator whom's values align with our culture to provide exceptional in home care to our clients and support for the family, and be the best in the industry. The Scheduling Coordinator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Creating, managing and updating client and health aides schedules in a consistent and high quality manner. -Relationship building with staff and clients to ensure compatible matching. -Field Visits -Caregiving as needed -Recruitment as available -On call every other weekend Must be organized, an excellent problem solver, able to multitask with strong organizational and time management skills. Must be available to respond promptly to calls, emails and texts. Compassionate and rapid communicate with office staff and field staff is a must with Well Sky experience preferred. Caregiving experience and scheduling in home care assignment's experience also preferred.
Weekday dayshift with every other weekend on call.
