    Are you a detail-oriented, service-driven professional who loves organization, client support, and creative marketing? We’re looking for a Part-Time Real Estate Runner, Transaction Coordinator & Marketing Support to help provide an exceptional experience for our clients while also assisting with marketing initiatives. If you enjoy keeping transactions on track, working with people, and helping develop engaging marketing content, this could be the perfect role for you! What You’ll Do: • Transaction Coordination & Client Support • Manage paperwork from offer to closing, track deadlines, and ensure smooth communication between clients, attorneys, and agents. • Guide homebuyers and sellers through the process, making sure they always feel informed and valued. • Input and update client details in FollowUpBoss (FUB) and set reminders for key transaction milestones. • Attend appraisal appointments, closings, and property showings as needed. • Marketing & Branding Assistance • Help develop and order marketing materials , including postcards, letters, online ads, and listing promotions. • Assist in creating marketing campaigns to generate leads and brand awareness. • Utilize Canva for graphic design and CapCut for basic video editing (preferred but not required). • Support social media posting and encourage client reviews to enhance our online presence. Responsibilities: • Produce all marketing materials including brochures, flyers, online marketing, social media posts, etc. to continuously build our brand • Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible • Take part in employee development programs to strengthen existing skill sets in real estate administration • Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders, to improve customer satisfaction ratings • Achieve company objectives and regularly compile a progress report to present to the team • Track important dates and time limits for transactions and notify relevant stakeholders as needed • Arrange for open houses and other community events to locally spread brand awareness • Plan travel arrangements, open houses, final walkthroughs, and other necessary engagements Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Great written and verbal skills • Either already has or is working towards real estate license • Must have high school diploma or GED • Previous experience in the real estate industry • Weekend and evening availability • Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents Compensation: $25 - $50 hourly
