As a Client Care Coordinator & Scheduling Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our mission to provide compassionate care to our clients. You'll coordinate services, build meaningful relationships, and ensure smooth operations through effective scheduling and client support.
What You’ll Do:
Conduct client intake calls, assess needs, and schedule in-home assessments.
Highlight the benefits of FirstLight Home Care to clients with top-notch customer service.
Manage client data, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
Visit prospective clients to introduce FirstLight and create personalized care plans.
Supervise in-home services, caregiver introductions, and ongoing care quality.
Coordinate caregiver schedules, ensuring coverage and staff-client compatibility.
Handle after-hours calls for emergencies, scheduling issues, and client referrals.
Collaborate with the team to support quality assurance reviews and continuous improvement.
What You Bring:
3+ years in healthcare or home health care, with caregiving experience preferred.
Proficiency with scheduling software (Wellsky Personal Care highly preferred) and tools like Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
Strong organizational and leadership skills with excellent communication.
A valid driver’s license and adequate auto insurance.
A commitment to delivering exceptional client care while balancing schedules and priorities.
