GT Luxury Group, a top-producing real estate team in North Jersey, is looking for a Client Care & Negotiation Specialist to manage home buyers and sellers after a deal is signed, set expectations, and ensure a smooth transaction from start to finish. No real estate experience? No problem! We will provide full training for the right person. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do (We Will Train!): • Be the Main Point of Contact: Guide clients after a home is listed or under contract, ensuring they feel supported. • Set Expectations & Keep Clients Informed: Explain timelines, next steps, and deadlines clearly. • Negotiate & Handle Challenges: Learn to manage price reductions, negotiate repairs, and solve transaction issues. • Coordinate with Attorneys, Lenders & Agents: Keep deals on track and moving toward closing. • Ensure Smooth Transactions: Manage deadlines, paperwork, and all moving parts so nothing falls through the cracks. • Deliver a High-Level Client Experience: Help clients feel confident and stress-free during their home sale or purchase. Get smarter responses, upload files and images, and more. Qualifications: • Strong communication skills: Ability to clearly explain next steps, set expectations, and handle tough conversations with confidence. • Highly organized & detail-oriented: Can juggle multiple clients and deadlines without missing a step. • Problem-solving mindset: Able to think quickly, resolve issues, and keep transactions on track. • Comfortable with negotiations: Willing to learn how to handle price reductions, repair requests, and deal negotiations. • Coachable & eager to learn: Open to following structured processes and improving over time. • Customer service mindset: Enjoys working with people and ensuring a positive experience. • Self-motivated & proactive: Can work independently but thrives in a team environment. • Tech-savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, email, spreadsheets, and transaction management tools (or willing to learn). Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000 yearly
