Position Overview
As a Client Care Representative, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and growing relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and managing the efficient delivery of our services. You’ll be the primary point of contact between the client and the company, offering exceptional support and communication while handling inquiries and addressing any challenges that arise.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries through phone and email in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
Assist clients with information and troubleshooting,
Resolve client complaints with patience and understanding, aiming for 100% satisfaction
Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
A customer-centric attitude with a passion for problem-solving
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
3-5 years experience in customer service or client relations
