    Position Summary:

    The Client Care Supervisor at Georgina Home Care is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to our clients. This role involves leading and supporting all Team Leads, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and implementing new programs, including caregiver training and memory care. The Client Care Supervisor will ensure that all client documentation is up to date and that any changes are promptly reported to the state. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to maintain compliance and support continuous improvement in client care.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Oversee and support the Client Care Team, ensuring they are compliant with all client-related paperwork and documentation.

    Ensure all client care documentation, including assessments, care plans, and updates, are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

    Monitor compliance with state and federal regulations, updating the state on any client or operational changes as required.

    Develop and implement new training programs for caregivers, ensuring that they are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to deliver high-quality care.

    Establish and manage a memory care program to enhance care services for clients with dementia and other cognitive impairments.

    Conduct regular audits of client files and care plans to ensure adherence to best practices and legal standards.

    Work closely with caregivers and team leads to provide ongoing support, coaching, and professional development.

    Serve as the point of contact for external agencies during audits or investigations to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.

    Stay updated on changes to care standards and legislation, implementing new policies as necessary.
