    Position Summary: The Client Coordinator interfaces with clients & staff members to deliver the Company’s services to clients.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Monitor and respond to inbound quote requests from phone, internet, and internal leads.
    • Maintain appropriate client records in the Company’s multiple database(s).
    • Submit proposals based on client requests.
    • Provide customer support, including follow-up as required.
    • Utilize company software systems to track and monitor documents, as well as timely follow through on inspections & job completion.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. Ability to read, write and speak in fluent English.
    • Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
    • Excellent organizational skills needed. Able to prioritize projects, handle a multitude of activities simultaneously, problem solve, & pay thorough attention to details.
    • Ability to manage workload during periods of high call volume.

    Compensation: $18.00-$20.00 hourly, depending on experience.

    Education and Experience:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • 2-3 years of relevant administrative support experience is necessary, preferably with CRM and scheduling systems.
    • Systems thinking mindset is required to successfully support our clients and our internal teams.
