  • Responsibilities

    The Client Development Representative will be responsible for engaging potential wealth management clients through lead follow-up and setting meetings with our Director of Client Development. This person will support lead nurturing, foster leads to hold appointments, and facilitate the closing of leads.

    This requires a Series 65 or 66 license and an individual who enjoys working in a team-oriented environment within a tech-forward, comprehensive wealth management practice.

    The Client Development Representative will be responsible for:

    • Actively prospect and nurture leads to drive revenue goals by scheduling meetings with the Director of Client Development and closing clients to achieve a sales targets

    • You will own the sales funnel from start to finish to proactively drive asset growth

    •  Track and move prospects through the marketing/CRM funnel to become clients

    • Help build scalable best practices and processes for the New Business development team

    Key Requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience in business development at a Fintech company or RIA

    • Bachelor's Degree

    • Series 65 or 66 license is required

    • Ability to recognize and pursue opportunities proactively

    • Willingness to be available when clients are

    • Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • CRM systems is desirable

    • Some occasional travel may be required
