The Client Development Representative will be responsible for engaging potential wealth management clients through lead follow-up and setting meetings with our Director of Client Development. This person will support lead nurturing, foster leads to hold appointments, and facilitate the closing of leads.
This requires a Series 65 or 66 license and an individual who enjoys working in a team-oriented environment within a tech-forward, comprehensive wealth management practice.
The Client Development Representative will be responsible for:
Actively prospect and nurture leads to drive revenue goals by scheduling meetings with the Director of Client Development and closing clients to achieve a sales targets
You will own the sales funnel from start to finish to proactively drive asset growth
Track and move prospects through the marketing/CRM funnel to become clients
Help build scalable best practices and processes for the New Business development team
Key Requirements:
2+ years of experience in business development at a Fintech company or RIA
Bachelor's Degree
Series 65 or 66 license is required
Ability to recognize and pursue opportunities proactively
Willingness to be available when clients are
Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
CRM systems is desirable
Some occasional travel may be required
