Job Summary
We are seeking a Client Development/Switchboard Operator to join our team! As a Client Development/Switchboard Operator, you will be answering all incoming calls, answering questions, and directing calls to the appropriate persons and places. You will also be verifying information over the phone, updating documentation as needed, and keeping notes on important calls. The ideal candidate is able to maintain a positive, helpful attitude even while answering multiple calls, has excellent customer service skills, and is comfortable on the phone.
Responsibilities
Answering incoming phone calls, answering questions, and transferring calls to the appropriate places
Juggle multiple callers and phone lines while maintaining a positive attitude
Keep notes on important callers and information
Take messages, as needed
Other tasks as directed by management team
Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
Familiarity with automated phone systems helpful
Bilingual- Spanish
