Client Engagement Director - Sales Representative

Lauderdale, Florida, is seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Client Engagement Director to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will work directly with attorneys and firm leadership to assist clients in some of the most critical moments of their lives, offering expert guidance through the often overwhelming legal processes of immigration and bankruptcy. Your ability to connect with people and help them understand how our services can provide a clear path forward will be instrumental to the firm’s continued success. Responsibilities: • Engage with prospective clients in-person, and via virtual consultations to assess their immigration or bankruptcy needs. • Collaborate with attorneys and firm leadership to provide expert guidance and ensure that clients receive personalized solutions during their initial consultations. • Actively manage and follow up on sales leads to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and engagement. • Conduct client meetings during business hours and offer flexibility for evening or weekend consultations as needed. • Follow up with clients post-consultation to answer any questions and ensure a smooth continuation of services. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and detailed notes in the firm’s online system. • Meet regularly with management to discuss performance, strategies, and sales processes. Qualifications: • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required. • Prior sales experience, particularly in a legal or service-oriented environment, is preferred. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients in emotionally challenging situations. • Flexible availability to handle sales calls and client interactions during business hours, evenings, and weekends as needed. • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. • Familiarity with immigration and/or bankruptcy law is a plus. Compensation: $50,000 + Performance Bonuses
